BCLTA STAFF

The work of the Board of Directors is supported by Executive Director Lauren Wolf.

Lauren brings a valuable combination of non-profit, education, business and government
experience – in addition to the requisite passion for libraries -- to the ED role. She obtained her
Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from McGill University, and her MBA from the University
of British Columbia. Before joining the BCLTA, Lauren was the Executive Director of the
Vancouver Heritage Foundation, Executive Director of joint MBA programs for SFU and UBC,
Economic Development Consultant for the City of New Westminster, and Program Manager for
Heritage BC.

Lauren is committed to supporting library trustees around the province to fulfill their vital role,
and welcomes every opportunity to meet and speak with members of the library community.
